  7. you automatically just disconnect the net connection..there's no even disconnection notice.. and how am i supposed to pay my bill if there's nothing being delivered at home...lately you keep sending me emails about my bill and i can't even check or take a look at it coz there's a password...you're supposed to send the password also and you need to make sure that the people who's in charge of delivering the bills are really doing their job...

Grabe serbisyo ng globe at subcontractor na nag iinstall ng linya nila. nag pa install kami ng linya ng globe dahil nag babakasakali na maganda service nila. may existing na cable ng pldt kami, dun tinap ng nag istall yung linya nila. Naka tipid nga sila ng cable kaso kami naman ang pinerwisyo. Nung nasira yung cable dun na nag simula mag turuan si globe at subcontractor nila ni isa sa kanila ayaw palitan kasi hindi daw nila cable yun. Ganun pala di sana nung umpisa pa lang e cable na ninyo ang ginamit e may policy pala kayo na ganyan "Mga sira ulo kayo!". Ang laging sagot ni operator il get back to you on that matter, i will forward the matter on our tech support team, we will call you on our answer so keep your lines open at all the time! wlalang tawag walang text isang buwan na nakakaraan. Tinatanong ko number ng techsupport team ng globe ayaw naman ibigay para ako na mismo mag sabi ng reklamo ko! Sa tingin nyo kanino ba puwede mag tanong tungkol sa inutil na serbisyo ninyo?

  11. Such an incompetent stupidly moronic bunch of people. We have more than a dozen post paid lines and being a corporate account but the phone that they gave us, especially the two Nokai asha units are defective. We were told to bring it to the Nokia Servcare but the same problem after it was supposedly fixed. The phone dies and would not turn back on for 5hours or more, sometimes whole day. But when we asked globe to replace the phones, they just keep on pointing to Nokia. I told them that we don't have any personality to go to Nokia as we don't have any contract with them as it was Globe who gave us the phones. Our HR and even our Finance and Accounts Manager have been calling Globe people and still they just keep on asking for serial numbers and other information that has been given to them before and should be in their files.

    To Globe, we have 8 accounts for renewal this month. If you don't want us to look for another provider, contact us and fix this the soonest. Syntech Prop. Inc.
