    try using your laptop w/ or w/o battery if its the same problem maybe it has to do w/ your motherboard or the charger if not so the battery is the problem. johnrey here

    my Neo Vivid VC2EWb-114 would suddenly turn off after a few loud beeps after it boots into Windows7. i noted that cpu fan seemed to stopped working. is it possible to replace just the cpu fan?

    if its under warranty, you can bring it back to were you purchased it they may replace it with a brand new unit, if not under warranty, if your not sure of the cause of the problem you should bring it to any neo service center or you can refer it to your personal technician. are you from cebu?

    pde nako ibaligya akong laptop(neo) sa inyu? IntelCore 2 Duo P8600 @2.40 GHz 4GB RAM, 32bit OS and 300GB HD.. Windows Vista Home Premium.. pag 2009 pani gipalit.. need nako ang money gud.. How much pud kaha? P55,000.00 ang palit ani sauna.. thanks
