( If you know let me know) But there still a way to claim your warranty or concerns of your Seagate products just contact Seagate directly for you to have a peace of mind. Take note, if you locally purchased your seagate products kindly bring it back to the store where you purchased so that they can personally communicate to their supplier, it the safest and easiest way.
